This meditative workshop will focus on the aspects of Nada (Sound) Yoga, exploring various pranayama (Breath) techniques, vocalizing of the breath to experience calmness and inner peace while managing stress more effectively. Tibetan Tingsha bell and Singing Bowls will also be introduced to further integrate sound vibrations into, and with each breath.
