Yuan Oeij is a Chartered Accountant by training, Yuan left a successful career in the fund management industry to pursue his love for good food. He started off as a Chef For Hire before opening the first Privé outlet at Marina At Keppel Bay in 2007. He is the Chairman of The Privé Group and one of the 2010 honorees of the Spirit of Enterprise Awards.
Dawn Neo works with Humane Society International, an NGO that works to improve the lives of animals worldwide. Specialising in corporate outreach, she works with food companies, producers, restaurant and hospitality chains throughout Asia on farm animal welfare in their supply chain. Prior to this, she spent years in the publishing industry, as a writer and editor covering lifestyle, health and the latest in the food industry.
Yian Huang was a management consultant at Bain & Co. in Silicon Valley and have advised several tech start-ups and LBOs. More recently, he has spent his time in private real estate investments and research in the future of commercial workspace trends. His astute aesthetic is honed by his passion for photography and design - his works most famously was hung at the prestigious Palais du louvre in Paris and collected by Standard Chartered Bank, UOB, Unilever and so on.
